Annual General Meeting of The Patrician Society 2026 on 19 September 2025

Dear Patrician Society Members,

The Patrician Society Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held on Sat 19^th Sep 2025 at St Patrick’s School Heritage Room from12.00pm – 1.30pm.  

The Agenda is as follow;

1. Confirmation of minutes of AGM 2025- 20th Sep 2025
2. President’s Annual Report for 2025/ 2026
3. Statement of Accounts 1 Jul 2025 – 30 Jun 2026
4. Election of Executive Committee members
5. Appointment of Honorary Auditors
6. Any Other Business

2.  Please pre-register your attendance by 14 Sep 2025 by emailing ThePatricianSocietySG@gmail.com or rupert.gwee@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 90696850 (Rupert Gwee) stating your full name and the last 4 digits of NRIC, Graduating Class, etc for verification and catering purposes. Light refreshments will be served.

3. Anyone wishing to table any item at the AGM must send the proposed item to the Honorary Secretary by 15 Sep 2025 to ThePatricianSocietySG@gmail.com. or rupert.gwee@gmail.com

4.            You may appoint a proxy who must be hold a valid Ordinary or Life Membership using the attached form. 

5.            The draft minutes of the last AGM is attached for your perusal. (TBA)
