TPS Hybrid Annual General Meeting 2021

Notice is hereby given that The Patrician Society will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM )on Saturday 18th Sep 2021 at 2pm at St. Patrick’s School Heritage Room and Via Zoom. The AGM agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of minutes of AGM 2020 held on 5th Sep 2020
2. Approval of minutes of EOGM 2020 to appoint Honorary Auditors held on 17^th Mar 2021
3. President’s Annual Report for 2020/ 2021 (to be sent closer to the AGM for those who registered)
4. Statement of Accounts from 1 Jul 2020 to 30 Jun 2021
5. Confirmation of appointment of Honorary Auditors

Administrative matters

• To comply with Covid-19 social distancing measures, all attending physically or via Zoom must pre-register by 15 Sep 2021 by emailing ThePatricianSocietySG@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 90696850 (Rupert Gwee) stating your full name and the last 4 digits of NRIC, Graduating Class of, etc for verification, indicating whether physical or Zoom attendance
• Anyone wishing to table any item at the AGM must send the proposed item to the Honorary Secretary by 11 September 2021 to ThePatricianSocietySG@gmail.com
• You may appoint a proxy who must be hold an valid Ordinary or Life Membership using the attached form and submit it to the Honorary Secretary no later than 15 September 2021 for verification:
• Zoom meeting details will be emailed or WhatsApp to those who registered closer to the meeting.
